Saints Contracting Limited was appointed to deliver the full mechanical and electrical installation for the redevelopment of The How in Rosthwaite. The works were carried out in close coordination with the main contractor and project stakeholders to provide a modern, energy-efficient building services system that meets current regulations and performance standards.
Mechanical & Electrical Scope:

Decommissioning and removal of existing heating and electrical systems

Supply, installation, and commissioning of a new Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) and thermal storage system

Full domestic plumbing installation, including hot and cold-water services and sanitaryware

Heating distribution system with efficient control integration

Installation of ventilation systems serving key areas to improve air quality and comfort

Complete electrical installation, including containment, lighting, power, and distribution boards

Integration of modern control systems for energy management and performance optimisation

Testing, commissioning, and certification of all mechanical and electrical systems

Provision of as-built documentation and O&M manuals upon completion
