Saints Contracting Limited was appointed to deliver the mechanical works associated with the roof upgrade project at Annan Swimming Pool and Sports Hall. The works involved careful planning and coordination to support the main contractor during phased roof replacement activities while maintaining safety and system integrity within a live facility.
Mechanical Scope:

Isolation and downtaking of existing mechanical services, including ventilation, heating, and domestic water systems

Temporary disconnection and safe management of live plant and pipework

Reinstatement and modification of mechanical systems following roof completion

Upgrade works to improve efficiency and performance

Testing, recommissioning, and full system validation
Project Close-Out:
Successfully delivered safely and on programme, with all mechanical systems reinstated, tested, and validated to ensure full operational performance upon project completion.
